I am a Registered Psychotherapist with College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and Psychotherapist with Ontario College of Social Worker and Social Service Workers, Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW), an Expressive Arts Therapist and Creative Movement Therapy Facilitator. I am a board member of Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association and also a member of CID, UNESCO.

In my life, I have not been stranger to personal trauma and the affects it can have, which has been a strong motivation for me to be pursuing this field. I have always been curios to know about different challenges experienced by people and be there with them to Listen and be present.

Being a newcomer to Canada myself, I have experienced the challenges in this new world all together which also motivates me to be the support in this journey which all the newcomers go through when they come to Canada. The individual experiences are what shape us, our way of functioning in this world and I work by really being there without any judgements.
